In modern society nothing is quiet. People appear to have freedom and independence, but,in fact, there is so much in life over which we have no control. It is difficult to find time for peace and quiet. But here we find movement like flight, quiet like meditation , a smooth exterior, movement and contentment, a body and mind that are still, conveying a dependable and quiet strength in one's life.
